Specialising in British/European & Asian Food, The Kitchen Team carefully source fresh ingredients to prepare & create the perfect menu for your event, in the state of the art kitchen at the venue.

The brilliant Kitchen Team take care of all the food at the venue, therefore no external caterers are permitted. Offering a range of menu options, from Asian banquets to silver service banqueting dining menus & much more.  

 

Cuisine

The Executive Head Chef and team offer mouthwatering contemporary British/European cuisine, with a wide range of menu options from banqueting dining menus to hot & cold fork buffets, perfect for every occasion.

Thanks to the precision and skill of the Kitchen Team, the venue can even offer a fantastic three course dinner for up to 600 guests, served to table within minutes, leaving guests happy and well fed!

Asian Cuisine

Specialising menus for Sikh, Hindu and Muslim communities, the Kitchen Team offer family style sit-down dinners or buffet service, in either traditional Punjabi or Gujarati Cuisine. Offering option of non-Halal or Halal certified meat & vegetarian only menus, for up to 650 guests. The superb Head Chef and team produce outstanding fresh Asian food unrivalled by others.

The Auction House has even its own special garam masala blend prepared from the finest spices to make sure each dish is prepared to perfection!
