Adaptable space

• The main space at The Auction house is a 900m2 room that will accommodate up to 850 people for a reception or 550 people for a sit-down banquet
• The main space can be split with soundproofed walls into 500m2 and 400m2 rooms for two simultaneous events of up to 300 and 200 people respectively.
• The private roof terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, photography or private meetings
• The Lounge Bar is suitable for informal networking and smaller get-togethers

Ample parking

• Free parking
• Space for 230 cars on site, including easy-access disabled bays
• Security guard on site 24/7
• CCTV covering every area of the floodlit car park

Disabled facilities

• The Auction House provides: Disabled parking, easy access toilet facilities, wheelchair refuge areas more information can be found on our access statement.
